Oil and filter change

Run the compressor until warm. Stop the compressor. Close the air outlet valve and switch off the voltage. Depressurize the compressor by opening manual drain valve(s) (if available). Wait a few minutes and depressurize the air receiver/oil tank (AR) by unscrewing oil filler plug (FC) just one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape. Also depressurize the air pipe by unscrewing the air vent plug (Fa) with one turn.
Loosen the vent plug (VP) of the oil cooler and wait for 5 minutes
Remove oil drain plug (DP1). Drain the oil by opening valve (Vd). Close the valve and fit the plug after draining.
Collect the oil and deliver it to the local collection service. Refit and tighten the drain and vent plugs after draining.
Remove the oil filter (OF). Clean the seat on the manifold. Oil the gasket of the new filter and screw it into place. Tighten firmly by hand
Remove filler plug (FC).Fill the air receiver/oil tank (AR) with oil until the level reaches the filler neck. Take care that no dirt drops into the system. Refit and tighten filler plug (FC)
Run the compressor loaded for a few minutes. Stop the compressor and wait a few minutes to allow the oil to settle.
Depressurize the system by unscrewing filler plug (FC) just one turn to permit any pressure in the system to escape. Remove the plug. Add oil, the oil level should be between the top of the sight glass (Gl) and the filling point (FC).Tighten the filler plug.
Reset the service warning after carrying out all service actions in the relevant Service Plan

LOCK OUT TAG OUT

Disconnect and lockout electrical and air.

Cooler and Condenser Check

Check and clean coolers if necessary

Cooler A

Cooler B

Check and clean condenser of dryer if necessary

Dryer Condenser

Air Filter Inspection

Remove the air filter element and inspect

Is the air filter element clean?

Clean the air filter element using an air jet if necessary

Is the air filter element damaged or heavily contaminated?

Replace damaged or heavily contaminated air filter elements

Electric Cabinet Filter Check

Is there a filter element in the electric cabinet?

Check the filter element of the electric cabinet

Replace the filter element if necessary

Water Drain Maintenance

Open the manual drain valve(s)
