Grease
Refill Grease with Red High Temp Grease 2-3 pumps for each of the following fittings.
Hydraulic/Pneumatic
Air lubricator is filled to a required amount for operation
Ensure the HPU's is filled AW32 to a required amount for operation
Chain
Ensure both the die adjustment chains is lubricated with chain lubricant
Visual Inspection
Ensure the pneumatic connections are secure
Check the crank mechanism for cracks, dents, or scratches
Inspect the belts on the flywheel and encoder for the crankshaft for cracks, cuts, or tears
Operational Inspection
Ensure all operations are functioning properly
