135 Trumpf Monthly Preventive Maintenance

This procedure outlines the monthly preventive maintenance for the 135 Trumpf unit, using a color-coded system to identify service points: Red = grease, Blue = spray lubricant, Green = fill point, and White = inspection. Tasks include lubrication, fluid level checks, visual inspections, and operational verification to ensure safe and reliable equipment performance.

    Grease

    Refill Grease with Red High Temp Grease 2-3 pumps for each of the following fittings. (have to use machine specific grease gun)

    Use white lithium grease on the linear gear rail for X axis

    Hydraulics/Pneumatics

    Inspect the glass gauge on the face of the HPU. Ensure the fluid is at a required level for operation
