This procedure involves a monthly inspection of maintenance racking to identify any new damage. The inspection covers load capacity visibility, footplate and anchor security, upright column integrity, brace condition, beam connector verification, rack alignment, decking condition, and protection of critical areas. If damage is found, a high priority safety work order should be created and assigned to Rachael Marzec and Justin Darcy for repairs or replacement.
