Waterjet 120X PM Monthly Checklist

Replace/ clean inline water filters on the floor

Check cables for external damages

Check abrasive tubes and replace if necessary (from hopper to machine)

Calibration must be performed without fail when abrasive is changed

Check filter - for computer cabinet

Check drain channel for debris and remove

Rotate/replace slat grates (See Do an Inspection of the Slats)

Check crane rope for kinks, frays or other damage

Run the cleaning program
