Use the complete checklist below for the daily preventive maintenance of your Konig discharge Belts.

    Adjusting belt run and belt tension. Re-tensioning is only recommended if one of the belts is actually slipping. Otherwise, allow the belts to run as loosely as possible.

    Loosen the respective counter nuts and turn each corresponding tensioning screw by 90° clockwise (increase belt tension), or 90° counter-clockwise (reduce belt tension). Always tension both screws (6) by the same amount when making an adjustment.
