Saw Axes Calibration

Saw axes calibration typically refers to ensuring that these tools are properly aligned, sharp, and functioning optimally for their intended purpose. We have for axes on the Saw tower:Y axe ( for Y movements)B Axe ( bevel movements to create like chamfer on the wood)C Axe ( angle movements to cut like triangle shape)Z Axe ( up and down movements)

Axes calibration

Make sure that the blade is good enough and its dimensions thickness and radius are changed on the software (you don't need to export /import to the production PC for this one)
Brind a nice piece of wood 4000mm long minimum corresponding to the dimensions on the test file (X,Y,Z)
Bring a caliper to calculate the depth and the edges of the cuts
Feed the piece of wood in the machine and launch the test file (already saved in the hard disk of the machine)
calculate and watch if there are any weird patterns or steps (all the cuts supposed to be clean and straight with out any steps or weird angle )
adjust the value of the axes (correct) to make all the cut straight and reflecting what the file saying in term of dimensions, by accessing the second layer of security and clicking on whatever axe you want to correct its home position
