Steps to take to change the Marrying roll.

Tool list

• 3/8 ratchet drive and socket set

• 46mm wrench

• 30 mm wrench

• Rubber mallet

• Metric box end wrench set (8-24mm)

• Philips screwdriver (small)

• Long hoist straps

Procedure

• Drop cylinders and bracket from top end of cylinders (remove comm. cables, and power cable, and main air lines coming in)

• Remove plexiglass op side

• Remove all oiler brush components (oil infeed and motor)

• Remove oiler brush (and small rod ends off cylinders)

• Remove oiler brush bracket

• Drop caliper sensor bar

• Remove brass block on op side and 3 temp sensors on drive side

• Remove 22mm bolts from frame so arms can mount

• Mount marrying roll removal arms.

• Remove bearing caps

• Extract marrying roller down the removal arms

• Hook straps to marrying roll and remove.

• Reinstall all steps in reverse order (dont forget 22mm bolts that were took out for extraction arms)
