    Shifts Covering Turn

    After Mini-Turns: Ensure the vacuum system is ready to use BEFORE turn (CHECK ALL BARRELS & FILTERS)

    DD DC dp reading (If above 5.0 unit must be shut down)

    Vac DC dp reading (If above 5.0 unit must be shut down)

    4 HOURS BEFORE CAMPAIGN COMPLETION

    LOTO is required for servicing the load chambers. Please place your lock on the chamber that you are servicing

    Verify cable connections at the feedthrough on the bottom of the load chamber and connections at all 3 servo motors.

    Feeder bearing (spin test / flush / lube)

    Tri-shaft bearings (slide test / flush)

    Water hoses (Inspect for excessive wear)

    Inspect heat Shield on Stinger (ensure it's level)

    Using the rake arm no-go gauge, slide it over both wear bands for the short and long arms to verify that it does not go "on".
