Follow lockout tagout and all safety procedures If you have any questions concerning the procedures notify your supervisor Log all additional repairs made or deficiencies found on this work order

Step# 1 inspect linkages for wear and proper adjustment

Step# 2 Check spray bars for proper adjustment

Step# 3 Ensure there is no binding on drive system

Step# 4 Check spray bars for proper operation

Step# 5 Check nozzles for leaks and plugging

Step# 6 Check for proper operation
