Machine Setup Checklist - M line

• The flywheel stroke is set correctly

• The bolts are in the front of the die and tight

• The bolts are in the rear of the die and tight

• The die is entered 1/8th" and indicated to +/- .002

• The grease lines are installed

• The ejectors are installed

• The treadle bars/tips are in and properly placed

• The "eye bar" is installed correctly and properly set

• The treadle swing is set correctly

• The canopy is set correctly to the job

• Formed sheet was trapped to verify everything set accordingly

• The correct parts table installed

• The swing gate reinstalled and working correctly

• Verified all components are working correctly when machine is cycling

• Emergency stop buttons functioning

• Steps in good condition

• Platforms on line secure to eliminate safety hazards

• Dry cycle and verify all components are functioning properly
