Storage rack is erected on stable floors and secured using a minimum of 2 available anchors (unless otherwise specified by manufacturer)?
Double-sided (back to back) racking is connected and spaced using appropriate spacers and supports?
Wire decking or cross supports present for racking levels above 5 feet?
Wire mesh or equivalent protection is present on the back side of the racking that is free standing or not against a wall as to protect items being pushed to the other side?
Racking columns at the end of the rows or where there is drive through racking is protected with column guards, end protectors, or bollards?
Beam connectors are locked and securely fixed at both ends of the beam?
Maximum load capacities displayed on racking beams or at the end of each row?
Products or loads on the storage rack are within the rated capacity of the storage rack?
Products or loads are placed, stacked, and stored in a stable and secure manner (e.g., shrink-wrapped, banded) using safe loading practices?
Drive through racks marked in a manner to increase attention of forklift drivers for prevention of unintended strikes?
Columns, beams, frames, bracing, and shelving are in good condition and free of rust or corrosion?
