WEEKLY PARSONS BAGGER LUBE PLAN
This procedure outlines the weekly lubrication and maintenance plan for the Parsons Bagger system. It includes tasks such as adding pneumatic oil, lubricating push-off cylinders, checking lubricator fluid levels, cleaning and oiling opener arm guide rods, servicing picker head pivots, and optionally lubricating the shaker shaft and side belt bearings, while ensuring tool accountability and sanitation.
Inspect and add pneumatic oil to oiler
Add 2 drops of lubrication to air lines supplying bagger index push-off cylinders
Check lubricator fluid level
Remove product build-up from opener arm guide rods and lubricate with light machine oil
Lubricate picker head pivot (one pump each)
(Optional) Lubricate shaker conveyor shaker shaft bearings
(Optional) Lubricate Lower Side Belt bearings
All tools accounted for and sanitized?
