Check that drain and filtering roof are free of product residues. If necessary, clean.

Check the perfect state of conservation of spring and seals. To do this it is necessary to remove the cover by unscrewing the special M10 nut. At the end of check operations, replace the cover correctly
Check that there is not accumulation of material or foreign bodies, that obstruct the ducts even partially, or limit the stroke of valve. If necessary clean the affected parts with a jet of compressed air, or with a brush. In this last case it is necessary to disassemble the cover and carefully brush the valve, paying particular attention to the spring/threaded pin coupling. At the end of these operations, lubricate the spring / threaded pin coupling and manually check that there are no blocked parts. Replace the cover correctly.

Check the perfect functionality of the valve.
Check that there are not obstructions in the air outlet port when it is not connected (eventually close this door with a plug).
● Remove any residual dust on the external surfaces of the solenoid valve (cleaning must necessarily be carried out when there is a slowing down in operation, a leak, or an abnormal noise)

Visual inspection and cleaning control of external parts. Depending on conditions of use, the periodicity of inspection is responsibility of user, in order to avoid as much as possible the formation of layers of dust on appliance external surfaces, in particular on the electrical parts. Prevent formation of dust layers greater than 5 mm
Check ventilation air passage electric motor.
Visual inspection and cleanliness check of internal surfaces. Check every time the product remains inside for several day /after any extraordinary maintenance on rotor and case.

Check labyrinth seals and grease nipple.
Cleaning external surfaces when necessary; also daily (the layer of powder must not exceed a thickness of 5 mm)
