Este procedimiento se utiliza para realizar el recorrido de mantenimiento y detectar a tiempo condiciones inseguras, fugas y fallas en las máquinas.

Gemba Walk
Este procedimiento describe el recorrido diario de mantenimiento para revisar la seguridad, el sistema neumático, el sistema de enfriamiento (chiller), la iluminación y la limpieza de las máquinas. Guía al técnico en la revisión de cada punto con PASS/FLAG/FAIL, el registro de las fugas y correcciones, la verificación de los conectores disponibles y la firma del técnico y del ingeniero o supervisor.
