Regulator Rebuild Checklist

• take the rebuild kit and ensure all parts are present and accounted for

• assemble parts by installing all rubber o rings

• remove regulator blanket

• remove bell housing with channel locks, set aside internal diaphragm

• remove center housing with socket

• remove end cap from outside regulator carefully, as not to loose internal spring

• replace o ring on end cap and reinstall with spring, threaded but not tight

• replace center housing with new plunger, tighten with socket

• once center housing is tight, tighten end cap

• using 2 wrenches remove the nut securing the diaphragm

• replace diaphragm and retighten nut

• reinstall diaphragm and bell housing, tighten bell housing onto regulator

• adjust set screw to desired nucleator wetness

• reinstall regulator blanket
