Smartpod Daily PM

• Verify power disconnect is 'OFF' and air supply has been released.

• Clean photo eye sensors and reflectors on vial storage tubes (lint-free cloth)

• Empty vial reject bin

• Clean vial present sensor and reflector at label application process (compressed air or lint-free cloth)

• Test vial drop guide cylinder function (manually lift, should move smoothly by hand without catching)

• Clean vial pickup area and sensors (lint-free cloth, compressed air)

FANUC Robotic Arm Daily PM

• Monitor pod area for dropped pills (if dropped pills are frequent, recalibrate or contact IA)

• Check for oil seepage (no oil on sealed parts of each robot joint, clean if present and report if a daily occurrence)

• Power 'ON' and pressurize air

• Check for vibration or abnormal noises

• Check brakes for each axis (robot 'hand' drops 2mm or less when servo power is turned off)

• Check for warnings/errors on robot

Cap Storage System Daily PM

• Check cap delivery lines for jams/obstruction (above smartpods, from MDS)

• Clean sensors of cap storage system and their reflectors (lint-free cloth)

Zebra ZT411/Printer Daily PM

• Clean printhead (lint-free cloth or isopropyl alcohol)

• Clean label and feed area using adhesive remover (Goo-Gone is recommended, lint-free cloth)

• Clean all rollers of residue (Goo-gone, lint-free cloth)

• Clean label feed sensor (compressed air)

• Clean retract sensor (compressed air)

Capper Daily PM

• Clean cap present sensor and reflector (lint-free cloth)

• Clean index wheel area (lint-free cloth)

• Clean index wheel sensors and reflectors (vacuum if necessary)

Miscellaneous Daily PM (Safety)

• Ensure door lock functionality

• Ensure E-Stop functionality

• Test floor safety mat (check HMI safety I/O screen)

• Check air pressure to Smartpod and adjust as necessary

• Inspect air filter condensate tank and drain when necessary
