CYH17-04 Monthly Calibration

This procedure outlines the monthly calibration steps for the CYH17-04 machine. Using a certified voltage meter, the technician verifies that each power supply is operating within its specified tolerance to ensure accurate performance and safe machine operation.

Calibration Procedure

10. Turn on power to the machine.

20. Remove all parts from the machine.

30. Using a calibrated meter. Set it to measure dc voltage.

40. Measure the voltage at 11.35vdc power supply. (11.15vdc - 11.55vdc)

50. Measure the voltage at 24.00vdc power supply. (24vdc - 24.4vdc)

60. Measure the voltage at 15.57vdc power supply. (15.25vdc - 15.75vdc)

70. If all readings are within tolerance according to the tolerance charts, then place a calibration sticker. If not, coordinate with Maintenance Management and create a work order.

80. Turn off the machine.

90. If any changes were made or problems encountered, please note them in the work order system.

100. Enter the ID# of the voltage meter that was used.

110. Sign Off
