Acid Fill Pre-Run Checklist

This checklist intends to identify defects and safety hazards before operations. The main aim of the pre-start checklist is to ensure that it is safe to use and the longevity of our equipment.

    Number of batteries being ran

    Verify all settings are correct-

    Post Acid fill Run

    Verify there were no acid leaks. if there were, neutralize all affected areas

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail

    Equipment shut down

    Verify acid reclaim is at a safe level

    • Pass
    • Flag
    • Fail
