Billco Washer Quarterly Preventive Maintenance

This procedure covers the quarterly preventive maintenance of the Billco glass washer, including cleaning the water filters, spray nozzles, spray lines and air knife slots. It also covers inspecting the rolls and brushes, greasing the bearings, and cleaning and lubricating the conveyor chain.
