Pre-Move Prep

Did you Verify machine is powered down and lockout/tagout applied at disconnect

Confirm assigned rigger and spotter before move begins.

Machine Movement

Move the machine safely to the designated location using approved rigging equipment and spotter communication.

Set-Back and Re-Energize

Safety Manager’s signature is required in the sign-off box to confirm all energy sources are reconnected, guards are in place, and the area is safe for operation before closing the work order.
