Epilog Laser 01 LOTO Procedure

This procedure outlines the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) steps for safely servicing the Epilog Laser 1. It includes general lockout steps, specific instructions for the laser, and lockout release steps to ensure safe operation and maintenance.

    Section #1: Preparation

    Disconnect and isolate the energy sources of the Epilog machine

    Main Equipment Power Plug

    1. Unplug the power cord 2. Put cord in a LOTO cord device. 3. Attach a Hasp to the plug LOTO device 4. Attach a lock to the hasp

    1. Remove lock from hasp 2. remove hasp from the plug LOTO device 3. Remove plug from the plug LOTO device 4. Connect the power cord.
