RM Plant - TURNHEAD FIR INSPECTION

This procedure outlines the inspection of the RM plant turnhead to confirm it is safe and operating correctly. It guides the inspector through checks of the surrounding steel, rotation, abnormal noise, liner wear, guards, and position indicators.

    Check surrounding steel for any cracks, bends or damage.
