Electrostatic Spray Gun Flushing

This procedure explains how to safely flush an electrostatic spray gun with solvent, starting with turning off the electrostatics and relieving pressure. It covers removing and cleaning the air cap and spray tip, flushing the gun into a grounded metal pail until the solvent runs clean, reassembling the gun and storing it correctly until the next use.
