Monthly Punch 1 Preventive Maintenance
The aim is to ensure that the Punch 1 machine operates safely, efficiently, and at peak performance by performing scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments. This monthly maintenance helps identify early signs of wear, misalignment, or malfunction in critical components such as punches, dies, hydraulic systems, and control mechanisms.

Monthly Punch 1 Preventive Maintenance
The aim is to ensure that the Punch 1 machine operates safely, efficiently, and at peak performance by performing scheduled inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments. This monthly maintenance helps identify early signs of wear, misalignment, or malfunction in critical components such as punches, dies, hydraulic systems, and control mechanisms.
Perform Estop Check
Clean hydraulic oil cooler
Replace Hydraulic oil
Replace stripper rod accumulators (two located on each side of punch head) Due every 3 months
Replace high pressure accumulator (on top of punch head located on right side) Due every three months
Replace hydraulic oil filter Due every 6 months
Compressed air unit on main machine. inspect and drain as needed
Compressed air unit on sheet master. inspect and drain as needed
Chiller water change. Use deionized water only when refilling
Refill grease cartridge on sheet master if needed.
Check for air leaks on sheet master
Inspect energy chain on main machine
Inspect energy chain on sheet master and Stopa carts
Clean air conditioning units on cabinet doors
check hydraulic hoses on main machine
Check hydraulic hoses on X rail under cover for workpiece clamps
Inspect vacuum hose
Inspect air hoses on main machine
Inspect air hoses on sheet master
Inspect grip master clamps
Grease grip master bearings
Check punch head alignment
Inspect tool master linear belt and pulleys
Inspect grip master lift table air bag
Inspect sort master drive
Remove brush chain and clean debris underneath
