EXTRUDER
Barrel: Check for degree of wear and for damage.
Heater bands: Check the clamping screws
Thermo feeler: Check adjustment and clean
Screw: Check the condition and wear
Barrel cooling: Check blower and cooling air ducts for fastening out cleanness.
Water cooling: check flow rate and filters
Operator's panel: clean or exchange the filter.
Reduction gear: grease and visual check for oil and water leakage.
Reduction gear: change oil.
CHANGE PUMPS BEARING
Electrical cabinet: clean and check for damage

DIE HEAD
Heating bands: Check the clamping screws
Thermo feeler: Check adjustment and clean
Stud bolts and screws: ALL MUST BE COVERED WITH A PROTECTIVE GREASE

check chain tension
Chain lubrication
Check lower track height adjustment control lubrication.
