Air Heater Wire Connection

Check and tighten all wire connections on air heaters

Lock out air heater cabinet

Lock out as per LOTO procedure

Verify all electrical connections in air heater electrical junction box are torqued to specification (30 connections) - torque spec is 90-110 in-lb)

This will require accessing heater junction boxes using lift or work platforms

Verify electrical connections on Avatar SCR inside of heater cabinet are torqued to specification - 325 in-ib

Verify bus bars and wires in power distribution block are torqued to spec listed on distribution block

Check all other wiring connections on circuit breakers (10 each) and contactors (10 each) for tightness using screw driver
