Eddy Current Conveyor Inspection

This procedure covers the bi-weekly inspection of the eddy current conveyor, including belt condition and cleanliness, bearing greasing, and the area under the eddy current roller. It also checks for physical damage, E-stop function, deflector fasteners, and the dust collector pipeline connection, with photos required of the conveyor belt and eddy current roller.
