Plate Machine Monthly C Straight Torch PM

This procedure covers the monthly preventive maintenance of the HSFDB/C plate machine with a straight torch, including the lubrication, hydraulic, gas, pneumatic, mechanical and cabinet AC systems, and cleaning the Hypertherm plasma power supply. It also covers inspecting the linear rail bearings, dump table, parts conveyor, gas console and axis movement, and recording the hour meter reading with photos of each PM area and any faulty findings.
