Maintenance for filter regulator

inspection

• Check for leaks around connections, seals, and fittings. (check box if clear from leaks)

• Visually inspect the filter regulator assembly regularly for any signs of damage or wear.(check if clear from visual damage)

Filter Element Replacement (done monthly- ignore if time interval has not been met)

• Replace the filter element at regular intervals

• Replacement filter element meets the SAME filtration specifications as the previous.

Pressure Adjustments

• Periodically check and adjust pressure settings as needed

• Follow the manufacturer's guidelines for pressure adjustment.

Drain Maintenance

• Check and maintain the condensate drain (manual or automatic) as necessary.

• Drain moisture and contaminants from the system.

Lubrication

• Lubricate the filter regulator if required; follow manufacturer's recommendations.

Air Quality

• Monitor compressed air quality for oil, water, and particulate contamination

• Use additional filtration and drying equipment if necessary.(check box if this procedure was necessary and specify equipment used)..............................................................................................................................................................
