Aqua Disc Monthly Preventive Maintenance

This procedure covers the monthly preventive maintenance of the Aqua Disc filter system, including inspecting and cleaning or replacing filters, lubricating moving parts, and checking mechanical connections such as couplings, shafts, and cable sheaves for wear. It also includes inspecting electrical systems and limit switches, checking for fluid leaks, testing emergency stop and safety switches, cleaning the assembly, and reviewing system performance.
