Munson Rotary Blender Deep Clean

A good, thorough cleaning is important to maintaining the appliance, and it prevents bacteria growth from any residue that gets stuck in the nooks and crannies at the bottom of the blender.

Munson Rotary Blender Deep Clean

A good, thorough cleaning is important to maintaining the appliance, and it prevents bacteria growth from any residue that gets stuck in the nooks and crannies at the bottom of the blender.

1) Retire las herramientas, mesas, y pesas de la habitación. Remove tools, tables, and weights from the room.

2) Use el carrito y los baldes y llene uno con 3 gal. de detergente clorado 3022 y el otro con 3 gal. del desinfectante Alpet D2. Los productos químicos se encuentran en la jaula de productos químicos en el área del almacén. Use cart and two buckets and fill one with 3 gal of 3022 Chlorinated foam cleaner and other with 3 gal of Alpet D2 Surface Sanitizer.

3) Cubre los equipos eléctricos. Cover electrical equipment.

4) Retire los tubos de extraccion de polvo y colóquelos en el carrito. Lavar y desinfectar. Remove dust collection tubes and place on cart. Wash and sanitize.

5) Retire el filtro y colóquelo en el carrito. Lavar y desinfectar. Remove filter and place on cart. Wash and sanitize.

6) Retire la tapa de drenaje. Utilice los controles del mezzanine para encender y detener el equipo. Remove drain cap. Use controls on mezzanine to start and stop the equipment.

7) Coloque el equipo en posición inicial usando los controles en el mezzanine. El drenaje debe estar en la parte inferior. Place Munson in home position. Drain should be at the bottom.

8) Usando agua caliente, enjuague el masajeador de super sack. Using hot water, rinse super sack massager.

9) Lave el piso del Mezzanine y asegúrese de introducir agua en las ranuras aquí. Wash Mezzanine floor, squeegee water into the slots here.

10) Enjuague el interior de Munson a través de ambas puertas laterales y la boquilla rociadora. Rinse inside of Munson via both side doors using spray nozzle.

11) Enjuague el conducto de descarga. Libere la presión del aire para mover y limpiar la válvula. Vuelva a activar la presión del aire para asegurarse de que la válvula esté cerrada. De lo contrario, cuando comience el ciclo, el químico se descargará. Rinse discharge chute. Release air pressure to move and clean valve. Turn the air pressure back on to ensure the valve is closed. If not, when the cycle starts the chemical will discharge.

12) Afloje y retire las abrazaderas que sujetan el punto de transición. Loosen and remove the clamps holding the transition point.

13) Conecte la extensión de la cadena al masajeador de super sacks. Levante ligeramente para quitar las partes de transición inferiores. Connect the chain extension to the super sack massager. Slight lift to remove the bottom transition parts.

14) Retire las partes de transición, coloque las partes en el carrito. Láve y desinfecte. Remove transition parts, place parts on cart, and wash/sanitize.

15) Suelte las abrazaderas tirando de la palanca inferior hacia arriba para eliminar la tensión y tire de la abrazadera hacia arriba. No afloje las tuercas. Tire del conducto para separarlo del Munson. Release the clamps by pulling the bottom lever up to remove tension and pull the clamp upward. Do not loosen the nuts. Pull the chute away from the Munson.

16) Con el equipo completamente desmontado, inspeccione y realice un enjuague final en el equipo. Prestar especial atención a todos los puntos de transición. With the equipment fully disassembled inspect and perform a final rinse on the equipment. Paying extra attention to all transition points.

17) Cierre ambos juegos de puertas laterales en el Munson. Close both sets of side doors on the Munson.

18) Mueva el conducto hacia adelante en su lugar y sujételo con las abrazaderas. El Munson no enciende si no esta puesto en este lugar. Move the chute forward in its place and clamp it using the clamps. Munson will not start if it is not in this closed position.

19) Instale la tapa de drenaje en el Munson usando los controles en el mezzanine. Install the drain cap on the Munson using the controls on the mezzanine.

20) Agregue 3 gal de detergente clorado 3022. Add 3 gal of 3022 Chlorinated Foaming Cleaner.

21) Mueva el conducto hacia adelante en su lugar y sujételo con las abrazaderas. Move the chute forward in its place and clamp it using the clamps.

22) Llene el Munson con aproximadamente 50 galones de agua caliente (10 min agua corriendo con la manguera). Fill the Munson with approximately 50 gal of hot water. (10 min flowing water using water hose.)

23) Establezca el tiempo de mezcla en 60 minutos y encienda el equipo. Set mixing time to 60 minutes and start the equipment.

24) Utilizando el espumador Lafferty, enjabone el masajeador de super sacks, Munson y estructura del Munson. Using Lafferty foamer, foam super sack massager, Munson, and Munson structure.

25) Usando agua caliente enjuague todo el equipo. Using hot water rinse all equipment.

26) Una vez finalizado el ciclo de mezcla, retire la tapa de drenaje en el Munson usando los controles en el mezzanine. Once the mixing cycle is complete, remove the drain cap on the Munson using the controls on the mezzanine.

27) Drene el Munson colocándolo en la posición inicial usando los controles en el mezzanine. Drain the Munson by placing the Munson in the home position using the controls in the mezzanine.

28) Suelte las abrazaderas tirando de la palanca inferior hacia arriba para eliminar la tensión y tire de la abrazadera hacia arriba. No afloje las tuercas. Tire del conducto para separarlo del Munson. Release the clamps by pulling the bottom lever up to remove tension and pull the clamp upward. Do not loosen the nuts. Pull the chute away from the Munson.

29) Utilizando el espumador Lafferty, enjabonar el conducto. Use una almohadilla para fregar si es necesario para eliminar cualquier residuo. Using Lafferty foamer, foam the chute. Use a scrub pad if necessary to remove any residue.

30) Usando agua caliente, enjuague el conducto y cualquier área debajo del masajeador súper sack. Using hot water rinse chute and any areas underneath the super sack massager.

31) Elimine los residuos químicos enjuagando el interior del Munson a través de ambas puertas laterales y la boquilla rociadora. Rinse inside of Munson via both side doors using spray nozzle.

32) Cierre ambos juegos de puertas laterales en el Munson. Close both sets of side doors on the Munson.

33) Instale la tapa de drenaje en el Munson usando los controles en el mezzanine. Install the drain cap on the Munson using the controls on the mezzanine.

34) Agregue 3 galones de desinfectante de superficies Alpet D2. Add 3 gal of Alpet D2 Surface Sanitizer.

35) Mueva el conducto hacia adelante en su lugar y sujételo con las abrazaderas. El Munson no enciende si no esta en esta posicion. Move the chute forward in its place and clamp it using the clamps. The Munson will not start if it is not in this position.

36) Establezca el tiempo de mezcla en 30 minutos y encienda el equipo. Set mixing time to 30 minutes and start the equipment.

37) Una vez finalizado el ciclo de mezcla, retire la tapa de drenaje en el Munson usando los controles en el mezzanine. Once the mixing cycle is complete, remove the drain cap on the Munson using the controls on the mezzanine.

38) Drene el Munson colocándolo en la posición inicial usando los controles en el mezzanine. Drain the Munson by placing the Munson in the home position using the controls in the mezzanine.

39) Suelte las abrazaderas tirando de la palanca inferior hacia arriba para eliminar la tensión y tire de la abrazadera hacia arriba. No afloje las tuercas. Tire del conducto para separarlo del Munson. Release the clamps by pulling the bottom lever up to remove tension and pull the clamp upward. Do not loosen the nuts. Pull the chute away from the Munson.

40) Con un rociador de bomba, desinfecte el masajeador de súper sack y el conducto.

41) Abra ambos juegos de puertas laterales e inspeccione. Open both sets of lateral doors and inspect.

42) Notificar al control de calidad para realizar pruebas de hisopo de ATP/alérgenos. Notify QA to perform ATP/ Allergen swab tests.

43) Asegúrese de que toda el agua se recoja del piso y que esté seco. Make sure all water is collected off the floor and it is dry.

44) Limpie end seco los rieles, brazo recolector de polvo y grua. Dry clean rails, dust collection arm, and hoist.

45) Retire todo el plástico de los componentes eléctricos. Remove all plastic from electrical components.

46) Detallar todos los tableros eléctricos. Detail all electrical panels.

47) Devuelva todas las herramientas a la ubicación de 6s. Return all tools to the 6s location.
