Building Opening Procedure

-After entering the building through the main office entrance, enter the door code in the alarm keypad. Hit OFF (1) on the keypad. Verify the alarm display reads "DISARMED".

-Turn on the office lights.

-Press the green button to start up the compressors.

-On panel HB-1 and Panel G turn on all breakers with silver sharpie markings.

-Verify that (2) fire pump valves outside the door are open and that the (4) pressure gauges inside the door are reading approximately half scale.

-Unlock exit doors next to compressors and fire pump apparatus

-Turn on Forsstrom welders. Turn on main disconnect. On keypad hit "A", then ENTER (3) times, then "A", then POWER, then "2486", then RESTORE. Follow the startup procedure posted on the A side of the machine.

-Turn on the Kabar welders. Turn on the main breaker and RF breaker. Check the RF gauge to ensure it is reading zero power. If the RF gauge is reading power while the machine is not in use shut down and lock out the machine until corrective actions are taken.

-On Beaders 1 and 2 turn on the main power switch and hit the reset button and turn the heater on.

-On Ultraseam welders 1-4 hit POWER, RESET and OPERATOR CONTROLS buttons. Then enter username: tech and password: 1234. Then enter Operator Config, swing and heat.
