Ensure all components are in place

Place the foot valve in a graduated container with a volume of 1000ml or more

Start the pump to exhaust air from the suction line and head

Stop the pump and refill the graduated container to a starting level

Record the time the pump is turned on for (minimum 120 strokes)

Enter the volume of the discharge medium

Calculate and enter the flow rate

Ensure electrical maintenance is carried out by qualified electricians.

Unplug the power plug or disconnect the power.

Cut off power if there is a relay.

Ensure the pump's power supply is not turned on during maintenance.

Ensure the drainage pipe is decompressed before maintenance.

Discharge and wash the pump head cavity.

Confirm no use of corrosive liquid.

Check performance parameters of the metered liquid if it is hazardous or unknown.

Ensure electrical maintenance is carried out by qualified electricians

Unplug the power plug or disconnect the power before servicing

Ensure the pump's power supply is not turned on during maintenance

Decompress the drainage pipe before maintenance

Discharge and wash the pump head cavity

Prohibit the use of corrosive liquid

Is the metered medium a hazardous or unknown liquid?
