Dryer Rotor Replacement

Desiccant Rotor Removal

Remove the hex nuts on the Top Plate Assy.

Remove the washers & spring from the Tie Rod.

Slide the Top Plate Assembly straight & upward gently.

Loosen the Supporting Tie Rod from where rotor is to be moved.

Remove the driven sprocket.

Slide the Rotor straight & upward, ensuring it does not get damaged.

Replace the desiccant rotor.

Re-installation of Rotor

2 Weekly Filter Maintenance

Preparation

Turn the main disconnect switch OFF

Filter Access and Removal

Turn the yellow knob to unlock the filter access cover

Lift the filter access cover

Remove the lock nut

Pull cartridge filter out from housing

Filter Cleaning or Replacement

Choose the action for the filter

Run this procedure

Dryer Seal Replacement

Seal Removal

Remove rotor from the cassette

Remove the old seal using a knife

Remove silicon sealant

Surface Preparation

Clean the plate surface

Seal Application

Apply fresh silicon sealant

Gently press the seal towards the plate, ensuring the seal’s section does not get offset

Run this procedure

Dryer Drive Motor Replacement

Desiccant Rotor Removal

Remove the chain from the drive sprocket

Remove the drive sprocket from the motor shaft

Remove the screws of the motor from the plate

Replace the drive motor

Re-installation of Drive Motor

Re-install the drive motor by reversing the removal procedure

2 Weekly Plasticizer Drainage

Preparation

Place a pan under the plasticizer drain

Drainage Process

Open the valve to drain the plasticizer

Close the valve after draining
