1 Daily Chiller Operation Check
7.1.2 Daily
Check graphic control centre (OptiView) displays.
Is the compressor in operation?
Enter the bearing oil pressure from the SYSTEM Screen.
Enter the oil level in the oil reservoir.
Is the operating oil level between the upper and lower sight glasses?
Drain or add oil if necessary.
Enter the entering condenser water pressure and temperature from the SYSTEM Screen.
Enter the leaving condenser water pressure and temperature from the SYSTEM Screen.
1 Yearly Compressor Maintenance
7.1.6 Annually (more often if necessary)
Drain and replace the oil in the compressor oil sump
7.3 Oil Charge
Verify the nominal oil charge for the compressor is 75.7 litres of York 'K' oil
Ensure only York 'K' refrigeration oil is used in the centrifugal compressor
Check that the oil is kept tightly capped until used
7.3.1 Oil Charging Procedure
Shut down the unit
Prepare the oil charging pump and connect to the oil charging valve
