The internal capacitor remains charged even after the power supply is turned off.

The charge indicator LED will extinguish when the DC bus voltage is below 50 Vdc.

To prevent electric shock, wait for at least the time specified on the warning label; after all indicators are OFF, measure for unsafe voltages to confirm the drive is safe prior to servicing.

1. Main Circuit Periodic Inspection

Only use Yaskawa replacement parts for the appropriate drive model and revision.

NOTICE: Estimated performance life based on specific usage conditions.

These conditions are provided for the purpose of replacing parts to maintain performance.

Some parts may require more frequent replacement due to poor environments or rigorous use.

Usage conditions for estimated performance life:

Ambient temperature: Yearly average of 40 °C (IP20/IP00 enclosure)

Yearly average of 30 °C (side-by-side mounting/NEMA 1, UL type 1 enclosure drive or external heatsink installation);

Capacitors replaced with Yaskawa parts?

These models allow access to the fans from the front of the drive for fan replacement.
