The internal capacitor remains charged even after the power supply is turned off.

The charge indicator LED will extinguish when the DC bus voltage is below 50 Vdc.

To prevent electric shock, wait for at least the time specified on the warning label; after all indicators are OFF, measure for unsafe voltages to confirm the drive is safe prior to servicing.

1. Main Circuit Periodic Inspection

Only use Yaskawa replacement parts for the appropriate drive model and revision.

NOTICE: Estimated performance life based on specific usage conditions.

These conditions are provided for the purpose of replacing parts to maintain performance.

Some parts may require more frequent replacement due to poor environments or rigorous use.

Usage conditions for estimated performance life:

Capacitors replaced successfully

Sign off on the capacitor replacement

◆ Cooling Fan Replacement: 2A0169 to 2A0415, 4A0139 to 4A0362, and 5A0062 to 5A0242

These models allow access to the fans from the front of the drive for fan replacement.

Inspect for abnormal oscillation or noise coming from the motor.
