NOTICE! Before servicing, be certain water is turned off or shutoff valves are closed
Close shutoff valves up and downstream of the valve
Loosen the check valve cover with an appropriate sized wrench
Unscrew the check valve cover and lift off
Remove spring
Lift out disc holder assembly from body of valve
Reverse the seat disc
Replace seat module
Insert disc holder assembly back into seat module
