Nozzle Maintenance
Preparation
Place the printer in SHUTDOWN mode
Remove the printhead cover screw and the printhead cover
Cleaning Setup
Place the printhead into the wash station with a properly earthed bowl underneath
Ensure the container is connected to the electrical ground
Verify the correct cleaning solution is on hand
Nozzle Backflush and Cleaning
Touch the Start button to start the Nozzle Backflush
Nozzle Cleaning
Preparation
Place the printer in SHUTDOWN mode
Remove the printhead cover screw and the printhead cover
Nozzle Cleaning Process
Place the printhead into the Wash Station with a properly earthed bowl underneath
Is the container connected to the electrical ground?
Touch the Start button to start the Nozzle Clean
Clean the print module using the correct cleaning solution until any ink build-up is removed
Has the nozzle dried completely?
