Disconnect power by switching circuit breaker to 'OFF' position

Remove the two screws on the inside of the grill at each end

Lift the panel up and straight out

Clean the condenser, motor-compressor, and related parts using a vacuum cleaner with proper brush attachments

In extreme cases of dust and grease buildup, clean the condenser fins

Blow out condenser fins with compressed air

Clean condenser fins with a degreasing agent

Turn circuit breaker to 'ON' position

Clean surface with a sponge and cleaning solution

Use a non-abrasive cleaner that does not contain chlorine

Polish with a soft cloth, wiping with the grain of the metal

Once a week, wipe with a film cutting agent to maintain shine

Record the cabinet temperature using a hand held dial or digital thermometer

Does the cabinet grill thermometer match the test thermometer within ±1°F?

Remove the dial thermometer lens with a small screwdriver

Insert a small screwdriver in the slotted screw on the needle

Describe the adjustment made to the temperature needle

Release the needle and remove the screwdriver

Ensure the gasket and door are at room temperature

Soak the gasket in warm water if necessary to make it more pliable

Align new gasket frame on the door retainer strip

Press each corner of the gasket into the retainer strip

Press roll the gasket into place around the entire perimeter of the door
