Remove loose food particles from interior floors, walls and ceiling

Scrub all interior surfaces with warm detergent solution 100°F - 120°F (38°C - 39°C) and a nylon bristled brush

Rinse with clear water and allow to air dry

Reinstallation and Power Restoration

Disconnect power by switching circuit breaker to 'OFF' position.

Remove the front grill by removing the two screws on the inside of the grill at each end, then lift the panel up and straight out.

Use a vacuum cleaner with proper brush attachments to clean the condenser, motor-compressor and related parts.

Is there extreme dust and grease buildup?

Blow out condenser fins with compressed air.

Clean condenser fins with a degreasing agent.

Ensure the gasket and door are at room temperature

Soak the gasket in warm water if necessary to make it more pliable

Align new gasket frame on the door retainer strip

Press each corner of the gasket into the retainer strip

Press roll the gasket into place around the entire perimeter of the door

Record the cabinet temperature using a hand held dial or digital thermometer

Does the cabinet grill thermometer match the test thermometer within ±1°F?

Remove the dial thermometer lens with a small screwdriver

Insert a small screwdriver in the slotted screw on the needle

Describe the adjustment made to the temperature needle

Release the needle and remove the screwdriver

Clean surface with a sponge and cleaning solution

Ensure non-abrasive cleaner without chlorine is used

Wipe with the grain of the metal

Wipe with a film cutting agent to maintain shine
