Cylinder and Controls Inspection

Inspect cylinders for external corrosion and seizing

Check controls for external corrosion and seizing

Enter the air pressure in the accumulator tank

Is the air pressure within the set range?

Spray air piping with soap solution to detect leaks

Ensure the inflow preventer is installed by a certified tester

Verify the testing schedule as recommended by the local authority

Remove the bottom screen of the inflow preventer

Install a test plug in the bottom of the unit

Apply a 12 inch water column to each chamber independently

Verify that there is no leakage in each chamber
