Contact a qualified service organization to determine when to conduct a complete examination of the unit to discern the condition of the compressor and internal components

Check for evaporator water tube leaks

Check for condenser water tube leaks

Sign off on the yearly chiller maintenance

Upload the purge Installation, Operation, and Maintenance manual

Follow maintenance and/or inspection items identified in the manual

Review overall operation of purge

Sign off on the purge unit inspection

Shut down the chiller once each year to check the items of Optional Accessories

If applicable, lubricate factory-installed gantries

After the first month of operation, inspect Heresite® or Belzona® coated waterboxes; thereafter, inspect as needed

Inspect and lubricate hinged waterboxes

With water flow sensing option, bleed tubing from waterboxes to transformers

Sign off on the yearly optional accessories maintenance

Perform Annual oil analysis (follow recommendations)

Clean and lubricate oil system as required

Run oil pump and check differential oil pressure

Sign off on the oil system inspection

- Shut down the chiller once each year to check the items
