- Replace power steering rubbers parts

- Replace brake fluid reservoir tank hose

- Replace torque converter rubber hoses

- Replace chains at every 3 years;

Inspect for cracks on the distributor cap

Inspect for spark plug burning and measure the gap

Inspect for burning on the distributor side terminal

Inspect for wear and damage on the distributor cap center piece

Inspect pinion gear meshing status in starting motor

Inspect wiring harness for damage

Inspect linkage wear and mounting condition of the rods, links and arm

Inspect damage of power steering hose

Inspect cracks and deformation in knuckle

Measure wheel alignment in steering shaft

Measure steering shaft left and right turning angle

Sign off on the steering system inspection

Measure injection timing in fuel system

Inspect draining of sedimenter in fuel system

Inspect oil clutch mechanism function and leak

Measure stall and hydraulic pressure in torque converter and transmission

Clean clogging of relief valve filter

Clean hydraulic oil tank and oil strainer

Sign off on the 1000 Hour / 6 Month Maintenance

Inspect fork and stopper pin for abnormality

Inspect for misalignment between left and right fork fingers

Inspect each welded parts for deformation, damage, and cracks

Inspect mast and lift bracket for looseness

Inspect wear, damage, and rotating condition of rollers

Inspect mast trip for wear and damage

Inspect tension, deformation, and damage of chain

Inspect abnormality of chain anchor bolt
