Inspect Abnormality of fork and stopper pin

Inspect Misalignment between left and right fork fingers

Inspect Mast and lift bracket looseness

Inspect Wear, damage, and rotating condition of rollers

Inspect Wear and damage of mast trip

Inspect Tension, deformation, and damage of chain

Inspect torque converter & transmission for leak

Inspect torque converter & transmission fluid level

Inspect Operating mechanism function and looseness

Inspect Control valve and clutch functions

Retighten propeller shaft and axle shaft loose joint

Inspect cracks at fork root and welded part while forklift is new

Inspect wear and damage of mast support bushing

Inspect wear and damage of roller pins

Measure relief pressure in oil control valve

Inspect plug cord internal discontinuity

Sign off on the 2000 Hours / 12 Months Maintenance

Sign off on the replacement procedure

Measure stall and hydraulic pressure of torque converter

Measure hydraulic pressure of transmission

Clean hydraulic oil tank and oil strainer
