- Replace torque converter oil filter

Measure play and reserve in the brake pedal

Inspect for looseness or damage in the parking brake rod and cable

Inspect for leaks, damage, and mounting condition of the brake pipe

Measure clearance between drum and lining

Sign off on the braking system maintenance

Measure tire inflation pressure

Inspect for tire cuts, damage, and uneven wearing

Retighten loose hub nuts and rim of the wheels

Inspect for metal chips, pebbles, or foreign matter trapped in tire grooves

Inspect rim, side bearing, and disc wheel for damage

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the front wheel bearing

Inspect for abnormal sound and looseness in the rear wheel bearing

Measure looseness of axle beam in vehicle longitudinal direction while forklift is new

Inspect for cracks on the distributor cap

Inspect for spark plug burning and measure the gap

Inspect for burning on the distributor side terminal

Inspect for wear and damage on the distributor cap center piece

Inspect pinion gear meshing status

Inspect wiring harness for damage
