Electrical Connections Inspection

Check the tightness of electrical connections

Mechanical Components Inspection

Check the tightness of all fans

Check the tightness of motor mountings

Check electric heaters operation

Check insulation and duct damage

Check system operating pressures

WARNING: Ensure all power supplies are isolated before performing maintenance.

Check air filters and clean if necessary

Check condensate drain for free drainage

Inspect compressor compartment for oil stains indicating refrigerant leaks

Record system operating pressures via the UC8

Ensure all tools are removed from the unit

Verify unit operation after maintenance
