Mount actuator to the mechanical valve with two screws (M3x8 with spring washer)

Mount a bracket to the mechanical valve using two screws (M3x6 with spring washer)

Mount a button or selector to the bracket with two screws (M3x8 with spring washer)

Choose the button color for flat button installation

Push the protruding part of the flat button into the body

Remove fastening ring for flat button removal

Perform inspection on a regular basis as necessary, such as at the beginning of operation, to ensure proper mechanical valve operation.

Do not disassemble, repair, or modify the product. Contact SMC for repair and maintenance.

Check the strokes of the following actuator types for wear and stroke range compliance

Is the actuator stroke within the stroke range shown in section 7-1?

Confirm measures are in place to prevent dropping of driven objects and equipment running out of control.
