Teledyne CETAC Technologies Autosampler ASX-7000

Discharge static buildup and ground to the autosampler base or cabinet before performing maintenance.

Avoid touching bare wires or connectors.

Replace the following parts that wear out under normal use

Ensure the purchased sample and/or standards vials meet the following requirements

Refer to the CETAC Accessories and Supplies Catalog for ordering additional supplies.

Shut down and unplug the autosampler

Wipe loose particles off the Y-Axis lead screw with a dry, lint-free cloth

Wipe the autosampler exterior and base until they are clean

Pay special attention to the Y-axis slider block and guide rails

Wash the sample tray in a warm detergent solution

Was the old tubing removed without cutting?

Push the new tubing onto the fittings

Shut down and unplug the autosampler

Move the autosampler arm 20 to 30 centimeters away from the home position

Disconnect the rinse agent uptake and drain tubing

Apply only a linear force when removing the tubing to prevent fittings from breaking

Rotate the rinse station tube counterclockwise ¼ turn

Wipe the sample tray with a towel dampened with laboratory-grade cleaning liquid

Wipe the autosampler cabinet with a towel dampened with laboratory-grade cleaning liquid

Wipe the autosampler arm with a towel dampened with laboratory-grade cleaning liquid

Ensure cleaning liquid does not touch the lead screws

Wipe the sample tray with a towel dampened with clear water
